- Project Manager: B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil) with 15–20 years experience.
- Sr. Engineers - Execution: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil) with >10 years experience.
- Billing-Planning Engineer: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Construction + min 5 years experience.
- Assistant Engineer - Execution: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil) with 6–9 years experience.
- Jr. Engineer - Execution: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil) with 2–5 years experience.
- Quality Engineer: BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 5–10 years in quality assurance.
- Formwork Engineer: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil) with >10 years experience.
- Surveyor: Min 5 years experience; expertise in total station & AutoCAD.
- Supervisor - Execution / Foreman: 10+2 with min 10 years experience.
- Lab Technician - Quality: ITI / Diploma with min 5 years experience.
- Safety Officer: Graduate / Diploma in Fire & Safety / ADIS with min 5 years experience.
- Administration Officer / Assistant: Bachelor's degree + min 3 years admin experience at construction sites.
- Store Officer / Assistant: Bachelor's degree + min 3 years experience in inventory & stores.
- Electrician / Mechanic: Must have appropriate license/certificates + min 5 years experience.
- Plant & Machinery Operator: (Tower Crane, Transit Mixer, Pump) with min 5 years experience.
